Job summary

Pharmacyupdate in Malvern is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide hands-on care and take on team leadership during shifts. You will support individuals with complex needs, promote safe practice, and guide other care staff to ensure consistent high-quality care.

The role is permanent with 36 or 48 contracted hours per week, paying £15.00 per hour (£28,080 or £37,440 annual equivalents). There is real progression into leadership and management for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Senior/leadership experience in care settings.
• Experience with complex care and behaviours that challenge.
• Safeguarding and incident management knowledge.
• De-escalation skills and behaviour risk awareness.
