Qualifications

• Senior Support Worker experience and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care are required.
• Experience with enhanced support needs, including mental health and autism, is essential.
• Ability to supervise and support day-to-day service operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with day-to-day supervision and service management.
• Allocate shifts, train, induct new colleagues, and supervise staff.
• Order medications and help residents manage finances.
