Voyage Care in Mansfield Woodhouse is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a residential service and help residents gain independence. You will support the Manager with day-to-day supervision, allocate shifts, train staff, induct new colleagues and ensure wellbeing and finances are managed with care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support (distress behaviours, Prader-Willi syndrome).

• Assist Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
• Allocate shifts and oversee staff training.
• Induct new colleagues and support supervision meetings.
• Order medication and oversee residents' finances.
