Voyage Care in Langport, Somerset, is seeking caring Support Workers to help a fantastic group gain more independence. You’ll assist with personal care, encourage local community involvement, and join in activities to boost confidence in daily living.

Ideally you’ll have a full UK driving license, be flexible and resilient, and follow Positive Behaviour Support plans. Training and progression opportunities are offered in a sector-leading organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for enhancing quality of life and wellbeing of the people supported.
• Ability to follow care plans and support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
