Qualifications

• Assist individuals with eating and drinking.
• Support personal hygiene and all aspects of personal care.
• Support physical care needs and use of equipment.
• Involve and engage individuals in all aspects of their care.

Responsibilities

• Act as Shift Leader and delegate responsibilities at handover.
• Support people with their medication.
• Contribute to and record health checks, risk assessments and care plans.
