Job summary

Field Lane in Reigate, Surrey is seeking a Senior Care and Support Worker for its supported living service. You will provide accommodation, care, and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, working as part of a warm, dedicated team.

You will deliver personal care, support daily living activities, and promote dignity and independence while maintaining records and safeguarding best practices. Driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to undertake).
• ideally 2+ years' experience supporting adults with learning disabilities/complex needs.
• Caring, compassionate and non-judgemental approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
