Job summary

Keys Group seeks a Senior Support Worker at Conway Drive LE12 to lead a team and deliver high-quality care for adults with complex needs in a busy residential home in Loughborough.

You will supervise staff, work with health professionals, and drive care plans and records while promoting activity, safety, and wellbeing within the home.

Qualifications

  • NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required.
  • Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable.
  • Commitment to Key Group values and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Support Workers.
  • Provide high standards of care in line with care plans.

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking a Senior Support Workertojoin our AMAZING supportive team at Conway Drive

If you are aSupport Worker or Care Assistant with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every, this may be the role for you!

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.

At Conway Drive we support up to4 adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries

Conway Drive offer sector leading training and coaching to help their staff level up and further there career by learning new key skills, gaining a variety of excellent qualifications which can led to a vast number of progressment opportunities within the social care sector

Many of our Regional and Service Managers joined us as Senior Support Workers and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder!
