Keys Group in Harrow is seeking a Female Senior Support Worker to join our Supported Living service at Harrow, HA2. You will lead a team of Support Workers, deliver high-quality care, and ensure care plans are followed. This role requires a UK driving license and experience in supported living.

ROLE: Female Senior Support Worker

HOURS: 35 hours per week

Requirements: - UK driving license & Supported living experience

Please note we require a Female Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
