Job summary

Keys Group in Harrow is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team within our Supported Living service. You will oversee day-to-day support, ensure care plans are followed, and promote community engagement for adults with diverse needs.

The role requires a UK driving license, experience in supported living, and a genuine occupational requirement for a female candidate. The service offers a welcoming home-like environment and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • Ensure duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards and contribute to a positive, homely atmosphere

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
