Keys Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to lead a team in Bryn Awel, supporting 7 adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. You will ensure high standards of care, follow care plans and maintain a safe, homely environment.

Formación

• Support Worker with NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Ability to live our company values with enthusiasm and commitment.
• Experience in residential care is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care and support for people we support, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
