Job summary

Keys Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Cardiff to oversee day-to-day support for individuals with complex needs. You will manage a team of Support Workers and ensure care plans are followed, with emphasis on dignity, independence and safety.

The role involves reporting, liaising with health professionals and families, and contributing to audits. A DBS check is required; benefits include enhanced pay scales, induction, and progression opportunities.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Managing a team of Support Workers

• Complete supervisions and audits
