Keys Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to oversee daily care for adults with complex needs in Wales. You will lead a team of Support Workers, ensure high-quality care per care plans, and promote activities to support independence. Strong communication with health professionals and families is required.

REQUIREMENTS: NVQ / QCF L3 in Health & Social Care.

From therapeutic and residential care to tailored supported living services, we support over 1,000 individuals across England and Wales to live more independently and with greater confidence.
