Cygnet Health Care Limited is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to work days and nights at Cygnet Dean Grange and Milestones in England. The role supports people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a person-centred environment.

You will supervise and support both management and team members, allocate duties safely, and provide physical and emotional support tailored to each individual's needs. DBS clearance is required; overtime opportunities may be available.

Responsabilidades

• Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
• Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
