Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare at Broughton House is seeking a confident Senior Support Worker to join our team. You’ll work full time 42 hours per week across a mixed day/night shift pattern, delivering high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.

You will support management and staff, allocate duties safely, provide physical and emotional support, and help individuals maintain independence. DBS check required; free parking and meals offered.
