Job summary

CYGNET is looking for a confident Support Worker to deliver outstanding care at Broadoak in Newnham, Gloucestershire. You’ll work 42 hours a week, providing physical and emotional support and helping residents with their daily needs in a person-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
