The Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the welfare and care of each child while providing guidance to the care team.

• Lead and support the care team during shifts
• Ensure all tasks and activities are completed effectively
• Conduct shift health and safety checks
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts
• Shadow the Deputy/Registered Manager to enhance leadership skills

The Candidate:
