Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Stoke-on-Trent

Pay: Up to £34,779 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview:

1. Provide day-to-day care and support to young people aged 8-18 from diverse backgrounds, with varying social, emotional, and mental health needs.
2. Create a homely environment, ensuring routines are maintained, and engaging in meaningful activities like homework, outings, and leisure.
3. Build trusting relationships, listen actively, and support young people's development and well-being.
4. Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork and planning, as part of your role.
