We are a close-knit team supporting six individuals with learning disabilities, aged 24 to 56, across three houses in Leicester. Each person has unique personalities, routines, and aspirations, making our work meaningful. You will help enable them to live fulfilling lives on their terms, stay connected with loved ones, and explore new experiences.
You should be compassionate, patient, and motivated to help people live their best lives. Your leadership qualities and dedication to support will be key to success in this role.
