A leading group of independent residential children’s homes and schools for young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated learning difficulties; all staff contribute to the provision of a supportive, caring, learning environment.
Our homes are located in Heanor and Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
Candidates qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare are essential for our Senior Support Worker role. Having a range of life skills and experience is vital, and LD or SEBD residential experience is highly advantageous.
Holding a current valid driving licence and the right to work in the UK is essential for the role.
All successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to promoting the safeguarding and wellbeing of our young people and to participate in all activities with the young people.
Based on full-time hours of 39 per week.
The stated salary does not include sleep-in allowances, which are paid at a rate of £40 per sleep-in, potentially adding an additional approximately £2,080 per year.
