We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Isleworth. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service, allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, order medication, and support individuals in managing their finances. You’ll always remember why you chose this role, as our Seniors remain central to providing day-to-day support.

We look for our Senior Support Workers to have the right experience and values. Candidates should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and trauma survivors.
