Job Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people with care needs in Brent? If you're energetic and person-centred, we want you to join our team as an Extra Care Senior Support Worker.

Responsibilities

1. Assist our Extra Care Registered Manager in providing top-notch care and support to 61 residents in Brent.
2. Collaborate with Social Services and other stakeholders to ensure residents' needs are met.
3. Work with families to create a positive atmosphere.
4. Provide personal care, assist with domestic tasks, and support residents in employment, education, and social activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience with older people, dementia, and memory loss is essential.
• Warm, respectful, and person-centred approach.
