We are currently recruiting a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our Quarriers Village Supported Living service (Phase 2). The people we support have complex needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, epilepsy, and declining mobility. We support them in their daily lives, helping them achieve their goals and ambitions.
The service is based in upper and lower flats where four women reside. We provide 24/7 support tailored to individual needs, with hours varying from a few hours per day to full 24-hour support. Our well-established service seeks passionate individuals who genuinely care about delivering person-centred care.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering 39 hours per week.
Working pattern: Some support needs are during the day for activities, appointments, cooking, cleaning, and personal care. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of those we support. As a Senior Support Worker, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the service, supported by the Deputy Manager.
