Job summary

The Squirrels is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. Cygnet Care Services Limited seeks an experienced Senior Support Worker (Days) to join the team, leading the day-to-day running, supporting colleagues, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The role is 42 hours per week on day shifts, with DBS check required and a commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the service with management and team members.
