Job summary

CYGNET’s Beeches site in Stapleford is hiring a Day Support Worker on a full-time basis (42 hours per week, day shifts). You’ll support adults with autism and learning disabilities, delivering personalized care, encouragement and safeguarding in a safe, clean environment. The role offers apprenticeship opportunities and wellbeing benefits.

We seek genuine, communicative team players who can empower service users to maintain independence and community involvement.
