Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Support Worker (Days) to join The Squirrels team, delivering person-centred care to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

The role offers a 42-hour permanent contract with 12-hour day shifts on a 7-day rota, including two weekends per month, with full training, paid breaks, a pension and clear career development opportunities.

About the Role

We are offering a 42-hour permanent contract, working 12-hour day shifts across a 7-day rota, including approximately two weekends per month.

Shift patterns vary, with some starting as early as 7:00 am and others finishing at 10:00 pm.

The Squirrels

The Squirrels is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

  • A commitment to promoting independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing for the people we support
