Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker for the Market Warsop service, supporting ten adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs. The role involves day-to-day supervision, allocating shifts, training, and ensuring high-quality person-centred support in a welcoming home environment.

You will work a mix of early and late shifts, with on-call duties; experience with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and challenging behaviours is essential, alongside a Level 3 Health

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Experience with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
Allocate shifts and book training.
Induct new colleagues and support with supervision.
Order medication and ensure financial management support for residents.
