Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help residents gain independence and support daily service management. You will assist with supervision, shift allocations, training, inductions, and medication ordering while ensuring financial management support for individuals.

Candidates should have Senior Support Worker experience, Level 3 Health & Social Care, and experience with challenging behaviours, autism, trauma, and forensic histories.

Qualifications

Must have Level 3 Health & Social Care.
Experience handling individuals needing enhanced support and complex needs.
Willingness to work with behaviours of distress, autism, forensic histories and trauma.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and service management.
Allocate shifts and book in training.
