Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Worsley to lead our supported living service. You will help residents gain independence and support the Manager with daily supervision and service delivery.

You will allocate shifts, arrange training, induct new staff, and assist with medication ordering and financial management for those we support. A passion for improving lives is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care required.
• Previous Senior Support Worker experience.
• Experience with enhanced support needs: distress, mental health, brain injury, autism, trauma.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and service management.
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, supervise staff.
• Assist with ordering medication and residents' finances as needed.
