Voyage Care in Marsden Green is seeking a Senior Support Worker who will lead a friendly supported living team and help people gain greater independence in daily life. You will support the Manager with day-to-day supervision, allocate shifts, train new colleagues, and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism and trauma.
• Commitment to improving quality of life and independence for the people supported.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
• Allocate shifts, book training and induct new colleagues.
• Support with supervision and medication ordering.
• Ensure people supported manage their finances and independence.
