Job summary
Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Greylees Sleaford residential service. You will help people gain more independence in daily life and support the Manager with day-to-day supervision and service management.
The role requires prior Senior Support Worker experience and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, plus experience with autism, brain injury and complex needs. We offer enhanced pay for evenings/weekends, overtime, Wagestream, and extensive staff benefits.
Qualifications
- Senior Support Worker experience is essential.
- Experience with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex needs is required.
- Ability to support with supervision and shift allocation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and service management.
- Allocate shifts and book training for staff.
- Induct new colleagues and support with supervision.
- Order medication and ensure residents manage their finances.
- Support residents to gain greater independence in daily life.
