AWE plc is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Development Manager to lead a dedicated team focused on enterprise-wide supply chain development. You will establish governance, frameworks and tools to strengthen supplier relationships and drive performance across the business during a period of major procurement activity.

• Proven experience in developing strategy for supply chain development and SRM.
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and operating models.
• Ability to embed ESG, social value and SME participation into procurement strategies.
• Strong track record influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain supplier governance and SRM frameworks aligned to business objectives.
• Drive supplier segmentation, performance management and policy development across the organisation.
• Lead development of supply chain policies, tools and templates to raise capability maturity.
• Deliver initiatives to position AWE as a Client of Choice in key supply markets.
