Job summary

Mint Velvet is seeking a store role in the United Kingdom, with responsibilities including supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, stock control, and maintaining an engaging store environment for customers and staff.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for fashion, excellent customer service, and an ability to act as an inspirational team member who embodies Mint Velvet's relaxed glamour style.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a key holder in a fashion retail store.
• Love of fashion and ability to wear the Mint Velvet style.
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening & closing, stock control and maintaining a beautiful environment for your team and customers at all times
• Demonstrate outstanding understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors and use this to generate and act on any ideas, opportunities or concerns that may impact your store
• Ensure exceptional standards of customer service, including in our Personal Styling offering
• Achieve exceptional visual delivery which reflects the Mint Velvet visual guidelines; creating a sanctuary of style and service that enhances the customer journey and overall experience in-store
• Be proactive in driving your own personal development and continually improving your performance
• Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures and run a sound and robust operation
