Mint Velvet is seeking a Senior Style Advisor to support the Store Manager in Chelmsford. This 20-hour-per-week role involves maintaining an inviting store environment, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a premium customer experience.

You will understand Mint Velvet’s market position to spot opportunities, ensure high standards of styling and presentation, and support personal styling services for customers seeking tailored looks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening/closing, stock control, and maintaining a beautiful environment.
• Understand Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors to act on ideas or concerns affecting the store.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, including in Personal Styling offerings.
• Deliver visual standards aligned with Mint Velvet guidelines to enhance the customer journey and in-store experience.

The Role

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening & closing, stock control and maintaining a beautiful environment for your team and customers at all times
• Demonstrate outstanding understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors and use this to generate and act on any ideas, opportunities or concerns that may impact your store
• Ensure exceptional standards of customer service, including in our Personal Styling offering
• Achieve exceptional visual delivery which reflects the Mint Velvet visual guidelines; creating a sanctuary of style and service that enhances the customer journey and overall experience in-store
