Job summary

Mint Velvet is seeking a Senior Style Advisor / Supervisor (12 hours per week) to support store leadership in Beverley. Join a fast-growing fashion retailer committed to relaxed glamour and exceptional customer service. The role emphasises Personal Styling, visual standards, and a strong team environment.

You’ll ideally have key holder experience in fashion retail, a love of fashion, and the ability to inspire and help your team while maintaining Mint Velvet's distinctive style.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a key holder in fashion retail.
• Love of fashion and excellent customer service.
• Able to work well as part of a team and be a role model.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening & closing, stock control and maintaining a beautiful environment for your team and customers at all times.
• Demonstrate outstanding understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors and use this to generate and act on any ideas, opportunities or concerns that may impact your store.
• Ensure exceptional standards of customer service, including in our Personal Styling offering.
• Achieve exceptional visual delivery which reflects the Mint Velvet visual guidelines; creating a sanctuary of style and service that enhances the customer journey and overall experience in-store.
• Be proactive in driving your own personal development and continually improving your performance.
• Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures and run a sound and robust operation.

The Role
