Job summary

TeamPeople in London seeks a Project Intake Manager to own the front end of our client-facing studio, on-site at their London offices. You will lead client discovery, define scope, assign resources and set budgets where needed.

You will manage centralized capacity tracking, triage requests, and ensure projects are correctly specified and supported throughout the pipeline, working with Producers and crews to maintain quality, timeline, and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project discovery and intake processes.
• Deep knowledge of traffic management and resource planning.
• Expert production/post-production and media deliverables understanding.
• Ability to scope confidently from incomplete briefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the intake function and primary point of contact for complex projects.
• Own discovery, define scope, budget and resource needs.
• Triaging requests to assess feasibility and required skills (in-house, freelance or vendor).
• Record client communication and produce clear project details for producers and crew.
• Ensure end-to-end production workflow is followed and pipeline remains smooth.
• Escalate when scope, timeline or budget drift; protect studio capacity.
