Job summary

StudioXAG in London is seeking an Associate Production Director to lead and develop our Production Management team, owning standards, strategy and commercial thinking behind how projects are costed, scoped and run.

You will coach Production Managers, provide strategic oversight across the project portfolio and support costing, scheduling, risk and production strategy on our biggest, most complex projects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading creative production teams.
• Strong in-house fabrication knowledge and materials.
• Excellent costing, scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support rapid costing and scoping on live opportunities.
• Develop production strategies, sequencing and options to deliver projects effectively and commercially.
• Use strong fabrication and workshop knowledge to challenge and improve production approaches.
• Support Production Managers in developing their own strategic and commercial thinking.
• Maintain a view across live production, schedules, sequencing and resourcing; identify risks before they impact delivery.
