Job summary

Art&Graft in London is seeking a Head of Production to lead production across the studio and manage the Producers.

You’ll scope, resource and deliver projects to the highest creative and commercial standards while developing the team and maintaining client relationships. This senior, hands-on role requires a strategic, calm operator who can balance big‑picture thinking with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in creative production and senior leadership.
• Strong background in design, motion, animation, and creative production.
• Proven ability to scope, resource and deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent people management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Producer team across live and upcoming projects.
• Oversee studio-wide production, identifying risks and capacity bottlenecks.
• Escalation point for production, ensuring high standards.
• Oversee scoping and budgeting of new productions with leads.
• Maintain visibility of project margins and manage changes.
• Sourcing and manage freelance Producers when needed.
• Act as senior production contact across key client accounts.
• Forecast revenue and ensure forecasts reflect contracted work.
• Evaluate completed projects and capture lessons learned.
• Promote a calm, collaborative production culture.
