Job summary

Echo House in Greater London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client projects across design, production, and installation. You will head up accounts, coordinate studios and departments, and drive each project from brief to delivery with a keen eye on budgets and timelines.

You will steer creative direction, maintain strong client relationships, and build a high-performing hub of project managers and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hub of project managers and coordinators.
• Strong client relationship management and ability to drive briefs to outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration with design, artworking, print, logistics and installations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the conduit between Echo House and clients, understanding briefs and opportunities.
• Oversee key clients and their project portfolio with hub support.
• Proactively drive briefs and develop commercial opportunities.
• Provide Visual Merchandising and Creative direction for all projects.
• Manage client expectations, CPAs, and workloads to keep priorities and deadlines.
• Quote projects with account directors and maintain budgets.
• Coordinate briefs into works orders in the MIS system and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare installation briefs for bespoke jobs.
• Lead a hub of project managers and ensure cross-functional delivery.
