Qualifications

• Minimum seven years’ experience in production management or a related operational role.
• Experience in broadcast operations or live sports environments.
• Experience managing budgets, quotations and project costs.
• Previous line management or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational relationship for a portfolio of clients and act as the primary planning contact.
• Produce schedules for client productions and events, coordinating crew and facilities.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and commercial administration.
• Lead the team in crewing requirements and resource management across multiple productions.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and SOPs in the Production & Resource Management group.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional delivery experiences.
