Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer to join our growing UK team. The role involves leading the delivery of structural design projects across concrete, steel and masonry, collaborating with clients across the UK and mentoring others to build technical capability.

It is based in offices such as Reading with hybrid working between office and home. The role reports to the Specialist Structural Engineering Technical Lead and offers opportunities to expand into other sectors

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high quality structural designs for concrete, steel and masonry structures.
• Knowledge of civil and geotechnical engineering and collaboration across disciplines.
• Willingness to coach and mentor others and lead development of technical capability.

• Lead on the delivery of structural engineering projects across sectors.
