Job summary
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Structural Engineer to join our established Cardiff team. You will take technical ownership of a diverse portfolio and coordinate with clients and design teams across public and private sectors.
The role offers hybrid working with a typical minimum of 3 days per week in the Cardiff office, a salary in the £50,000–£60,000 DOE range, and clear progression towards future management responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered status would be advantageous; strong candidates toward Chartership considered.
- Experience leading large structural projects.
- Experience with design across steel, concrete, masonry and timber.
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of a varied portfolio of Structural Engineering projects.
- Lead design and delivery of larger, more complex schemes.
- Coordinate with Architects, Civil Engineers and other design disciplines.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
