Bennett And Game Recruitment in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and delivery of refurbishment and new build projects across multiple sectors.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients and design teams, and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes. Hybrid working and a salary of £50k-£55k are on offer, with benefits including private healthcare and professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' UK consultancy experience in structural engineering.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and new build projects.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and delivery of refurbishment and new build projects.
• Produce and review structural calculations, drawings and reports.
• Design using steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry.
• Manage projects from feasibility to construction.
• Mentor graduate and junior engineers.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality.
• Support fee proposals and business development.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes.
