Job summary
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Bristol with hybrid working. You will lead a diverse portfolio of projects across healthcare, education, residential and more, from concept to completion, coordinating engineers and technicians.
The role offers responsibility for project delivery, client liaison, resource management and mentoring, with opportunities to progress to senior technical/management positions within a growing Bristol team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Strong UK structural engineering consultancy experience
- Proven experience delivering building structures projects
- Experience running projects and coordinating project teams
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Chartered status advantageous but not essential
- Decisive with strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver structural projects across diverse sectors
- Develop sustainable, safe, and practical structural solutions
- Manage projects from concept through detailed design and delivery
- Coordinate calculations, drawings, specs and technical information
- Mentor and guide engineers and technicians
- Ensure information is delivered on time and within budget
- Liaise with architects, clients, contractors and consultants
