Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for its Bristol office, offering hybrid working with typically up to 2 days at home. The role focuses on leading projects across healthcare, education, residential, high-rise and more, delivering from concept to completion.

You will coordinate engineers and technicians, liaise with clients, architects and contractors, and contribute to high technical standards with opportunities for mentoring and progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Strong UK structural engineering consultancy experience.
• Proven experience delivering building structures projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver structural engineering projects across a varied portfolio of building sectors.
• Develop innovative, sustainable structural solutions from concept to delivery.
• Manage projects from initial concept through detailed design and delivery.
• Coordinate engineers and technicians and review technical information.
• Ensure information is delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and support resource allocation.
• Prepare bids and support commercial performance.
