The role involves client liaison, coordinating engineers and technicians, ensuring technical excellence and commercial performance, with opportunities for professional development and chartership support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is required.
• Strong UK Structural Engineering consultancy experience and proven delivery of building structures projects.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating project teams.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and good understanding of calculations, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver structural engineering projects across a varied portfolio of building sectors.
• Develop innovative, sustainable, efficient, safe and practical structural engineering solutions.
• Manage projects from initial concept through detailed design and delivery.
• Mentor and provide guidance to engineers and technicians; ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
