Assystem’s Fusion and Modular Nuclear team seeks a Principal Stress Engineer to lead scoping, bidding and delivery of stress packages. You will build and mentor a team, set technical direction and ensure high-integrity assessments to international codes.

You will engage with clients, oversee technical delivery, and shape the UK stress capability with process improvements and training initiatives.

• Lead stress and structural integrity assessments for nuclear components to international codes.
• Lead high-performing teams in client-facing stress projects and bid delivery.
• Mentor engineers and help grow the UK stress capability with process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bids and projects in stress engineering.
• Represent Assystem in client meetings and act as technical lead.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop capability roadmaps.
• Collaborate with safety case authors and multi-disciplinary teams.
