Job summary

ABR Talent is recruiting on behalf of a PE-backed Regulatory Technology business looking to scale its Customer Success function in the UK. The role leads two Customer Success Managers and sits at the senior level, driving strategic conversations and commercial outcomes.

You'll own a £4-5M ARR portfolio across nearly 1,000 customers, coach the team, and partner with Account Management to maximise renewals and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Customer Success teams within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing scaled or high-volume customer portfolios.
• Commercial mindset with focus on revenue impact through CS activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop two Customer Success Managers.
• Own strategy, health and performance of a £4-5M ARR portfolio.
• Deliver executive meetings, webinars and strategic reviews.
• Partner with Account Management to maximise renewals and retention.
• Use data on health, engagement and product usage to identify risk/opportunity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital CS and Data to improve the customer journey.
