Job summary

ABR Talent is helping a PE-backed Regulatory Technology business recruit a Senior Customer Success Leader in the UK. You will lead two CS Managers, own strategy for a scaled CS function, and drive commercial outcomes across a £4-5M ARR portfolio.

You'll engage in executive conversations, coach your team, and partner with Account Management to maximise retention and expansion. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring gravitas and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Customer Success teams in SaaS.
• Proven track record managing scaled/high-volume portfolios.
• Commercial mindset to grow revenue and retention.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders constructively.
• Data-led approach using health, engagement and product adoption.
• Coaching mentality and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop two Customer Success Managers.
• Own strategy, health, and performance of £4-5M ARR portfolio.
• Deliver executive meetings, webinars, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Account Management to maximise renewals.
• Use health and usage data to identify risk and opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital CS, and Analytics to improve journeys.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex accounts.
