ABR Talent is partnering with a PE-backed RegTech SaaS business to recruit a senior Customer Success Leader for a £4-5M ARR portfolio. You will lead two Customer Success Managers, drive adoption, and secure renewal and growth through strategic customer conversations.

You will coach the team, own portfolio health, and partner with Account Management to optimize churn and expansion. A data-led, commercial CS mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience leading Customer Success teams within a SaaS environment.
Proven track record managing scaled or high-volume customer portfolios.
Commercial mindset to protect and grow revenue through CS.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge customers constructively.
Data-led approach using health, engagement and product adoption metrics.
Coaching mentality and ability to develop others while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop two Customer Success Managers.
Own the strategy, health and performance of a scaled portfolio worth £4-5M ARR.
Deliver executive customer meetings, webinars and strategic business reviews.
Partner with Account Management to maximize retention and renewal success.
Use health, engagement and product usage data to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics to continually improve the scaled customer journey.
