ABR Talent is helping a fast-growing Regulatory Technology business scale its Customer Success function. You will lead two Customer Success Managers and shape how a modern scale CS organisation operates, influencing commercial outcomes across a £4-5M ARR portfolio and almost 1,000 customers.

In this senior leadership role you’ll coach the team, own strategy, health and performance, and run executive customer meetings and business reviews.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in SaaS Customer Success
• Proven track record managing scaled/high-volume customer portfolios
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue retention and growth
• Data-led approach using health, usage and engagement metrics
• Coaching mentality developing teams while leading by example

Responsabilités

• Lead two Customer Success Managers and develop their capabilities.
• Own strategy, health and performance of a £4-5M ARR portfolio across ~1,000 customers.
• Deliver executive customer meetings, webinars and strategic business reviews.
• Partner with Account Management to maximise retention and renewal success.
• Utilise health, engagement and product usage data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Digital CS and Data & Analytics to improve the customer journey.
• Serve as senior escalation point and lead by example in complex customer situations.
